Analysis of your needs
and processes
During this phase, we examine together with the key users within your organization how the current business processes are structured. We dare to question these and always think about possible alternatives that would better support the needs of your company. Afterward, a detailed analysis document is delivered that describes which (community) modules should be used, how they should be set up, and where customization or customization is necessary.
Briefing solution
and budget
During this phase we discuss together which functionalities need to be implemented and set certain milestones. From this moment on you know the full costs of the implementation.
Testing the solution
For larger projects, Boostodo suggests using a test or QA (Quality Assurance) environment. There, the proposed solution can be set up in several steps. This gives all users in your organization the opportunity to be trained and become familiar with the new system.
Go live!
In the final phase, the production environment is installed. If necessary, data from other applications or other files can also be imported into this environment. This is usually done via a migration script that has already been tested on the test environment.
